Merlin Inspection Services is based in Poole and offers a local independent service covering all BH postcodes.

We provide a quality service to solicitors, landlords, estate agents, housing associations and private customers alike, offering a fast turnaround time with a first class efficient service.

All our Surveys and Energy Performance Certificates are undertaken by an Accredited Surveyor/Domestic Energy Assessor, trained by the government approved quality scheme, Awarding Body of the Built Environment (ABBE), and accredited with the Surveyors & Valuers Accreditation (SAVA).

All employees have undergone an 'enhanced disclosure' CRB check and we hold all relevant Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurances through SAVA.
